Hi loves,

Today, I am going to discuss what I think is a huge frustration with many of my readers, students, and clients…. the one where the manifestation isn’t working.  

The honest truth is, manifestation is working ALL OF THE TIME — whether you are getting what you want, or not.

Let’s put it to you another way.

If you feel that manifesting isn’t working for you, well, it’s like this… What’s really happening is you are saying you want your desire, but deep down you really don’t.

Let me break it down and explain…

You (consciously) are saying you want your desire but deep down you (subconsciously) really don’t.

Really.

I am telling you this because, as you have been saying, you have been wanting this FOREVER!

You also maybe have been talking about MANIFESTING this new ______ (ie. the business, career change, house, lover, husband/ wife, boyfriend/ girlfriend, vacation and dream body to go with it or whatever) for the last how ever many years.

I promise that I am not “manifesting shaming” you — yet here we are and you haven’t manifested it yet.  

So what’s really going on???

You say you desire and want this thing……

I mean, you say you really, REALLY desire this thing……..

This thing that you have been wanting for sooooooo long…………..  

You tell me: “I have been wanting to have this _______ for so so long. It is this long and this big and this wide and tastes like this and looks like this and smells like this and feels like this.”

Then you also go on to say: “I am visualizing it every day. I am feeling the  feelings of having it every single day. I have DECIDED that it’s MINE. I know it is mine. I am standing in it. I have been doing this. I’m staying positive and saying my affirmations every day for X amount of time. This shit doesn’t work I’m telling you!”

HOLD UP – WAIT A MINUTE……. Manifesting doesn’t work? Is this how you really feel?  

Look…. I get it and you get absolutely no judgement at all from me. I know that I’ve had my moments and have even felt exactly-like-that on many topics and at many points when manifesting in my life.

There are some things I can manifest like the master manifestor that I am — and others, crickets.

We all know the Laws of the Universe work because… Well it is Universal LAW.

When you match the energy of what you desire, you can’t help but bring it into your reality.  

IT WORKS.

Because it JUST DOES.

If you are aligned with the anticipated energy of something, then it always manifests. Whether it is something you want or not.

When I say that you don’t want what you desire…. I absolutely f^cking know that you REALLY DESIRE it. There just is something standing in your way which I’ll get to in a minute (see the missing part).

If you haven’t received the thing that you desire just yet, and it has been several months / years, then there are reasons as to why you are not “allowing it” in. Because manifesting what you desire really is (supposed to be, when you finally get the hang of it) that easy.

When you ask IT IS DONE.  

IT IS DONE.

God / Angels / the Universe, does their parts immediately. The how is their job. Not ours. Not yours.

And it is done. 

You just have to decide that you ARE IN FACT GOING TO HAVE IT — AND DECIDE ITS DONE.

Your concept of self is worthy, and has the thing.

And you align. You are an energetic match.

And you take aligned inspired actions.

And then YOU RECEIVE.

The missing part…

Part of your alignment process includes working through any subconscious FEARS that you might have — and that present themselves to you.

When you know what you want, the reasons why you believe you can’t have the thing pop up right away.

Your job is to notice the fear, the belief and the block so that you can let yourself know that it’s a lie. You are choosing to belief something new and that you are already worthy and already enough.

You have to do the work when it comes up and remind yourself that you will always be ok, whatever happens, because it’s always THIS or SOMETHING BETTER.

Your protection system…

I am not going into brain science or anything like that. I am going to keep this simple and easy.

I make everything super easy.

Here are the basics…

Your brain (and subconscious) want to protect you. It has always been their job since the beginning of time.  

The mind gets together with your ego to trigger fear to prevent you from making big massive shifts and transformational changes that could result in you experiencing something that you really do not want. Something that you may not consciously realize that you do NOT want to experience

4 Steps to Hacking your Protection System

YOUR BIG DREAM

Let’s say your big dream is to become a successful singer. You want to share your beautiful voice with the world. Entertaining brings you joy. Dancing gives you life! You come to life in front of a crowd. People love your voice and praise your talent. You know that this is the life you were meant to live.

BUT WHAT IF DEEP DOWN INSIDE…

  • What if you thought /believed / feared that in order to be as successful as you know you would be you will have to lose all sense of PRIVACY?

  • What if you thought /believed / feared that you would be hunted by PAPARAZZI all day and that you wouldn’t be able to date anyone with ease or go to the bathroom without someone taking your picture.

  • What if you were preventing your BIG BREAK because you were SECRETLY SCARED that you would have to live what you think of is a life without much freedom? A life behind walls with security, etc…

 What could you possibly do in this case?

Well, let me ask you a simple question…….If you were experiencing resistance, like as though something were pushing against you — what would you want to do? 

You would want it to lighten up or stop altogether!

That would feel so much better, right?

1. Shift the resistance.

Ok. So let’s first shift the resistance.

What if you could show your mind / brain / subconscious ways that it would be ok if your life like Taylor would be fine?

2. Change your thoughts.

Then once you feel ok, show your mind / brain / subconscious ways that you could create it totally differently.

Name several singers who are just as successful and have created an amazing life of privacy.  

3. Repetition.

As Abraham-Hick says, beliefs are just thoughts that you keep thinking. You have relieved some of the resistance now by allowing yourself to become aware of your beliefs and showing yourself the alternatives.   

Next in order to make these alternatives your default beliefs, you must repeat them.

Think them throughout your day and make them apart of your subconscious.

There are many ways you can do this…

  • Writing your new beliefs while journaling.

  • Listening to daily affirmations and mantras and letting these play overnight.

  • Make movie type vision boards with your mind. You can do this by vividly and with LOTS OF FEELING visualize and imagine BEING in the END RESULT already. You see yourself on the other side of it already being done.

  • And so much more etc….

4. Skip all of the steps and do it.

Just HACK THE SYSTEM.  

The cheat code is DOING WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE SCARED OF! .

How do you stop fear in its tracks? You go THROUGH IT. You follow the inspired guidance.

Take the soul aligned action even when it feels crazy!

The fear is only there because you are unfamiliar with the situation and you fear the discomfort of that growth.

When you step up and do it anyway — you show yourself THERE WAS NOTHING TO BE AFRAID OF.

BE HERE NOW.  

Be the person who already is being whomever it is they want to be, having whatever it is they want to have and doing whatever it is they want to do.

Journal Prompts:

  • What are the reasons why I haven’t allowed myself to really truly receive what I am asking for?  

  • What are the reasons that it is ok that I haven’t (be gentle with yourself and your mind and your subconscious) allowed myself to have this.  

  • What are the reasons why you could work with these issues - because they aren’t that bad. And that if they happened, you could still have what you desire, and be ok.  

  • What are the reasons why you can create your desire in any way you desire and why it doesn’t have to be the way it has always been done.  

  • Write the reasons why you know you can have your desire.  

  • Write the reasons you are worthy of your desire.  

  • Write the reasons you are worthy, period.  

  • Write the reasons you appreciate your desire.  

  • Write the reasons you appreciate yourself.  

  • Write the reasons you appreciate your life as it is right now.
