In this article, I talk about one of the most important factors in manifesting what you want.

Here is Part 2.

This is where the fun starts and where you can learn how reduce the drama in your life and shift to co-creating what you really want and not what you don’t want.

Here are 9 steps to getting what you want (…or something better!):

These steps can be used for ANYTHING! 

1.) Change your mindset.

Decide what you want.

Decide how you want to see the world.

Decide how things are going to work and go for you.

You decide how your future is going to play out.

2. Believe it is possible.

You are already worthy of what you desire right here and now, and that needs to be understood by you at a deeper level — before you ever start seeing what you want from the world manifest as a demonstration from the universe that you are co-creating with the most powerful force in the world.

This is where you take charge, you say what goes, you settle into the belief that it is possible. This is where you really get intimate with your faith. You are get literally forced to be face to face with your faith in the matter of manifesting you desires — to know how deep it is.

How deep is your surrender? How deep is your faith?

It has to be deep and loyal and unshakeable and un-ending.

Thats how deep you have to go to see what you want happening.

3. Improve your energy.

This is where you feel your feelings. This is where you protect your energy.

This is where you get to become aware of your beliefs and what you have been saying to yourself.

You get to shift those beliefs. You get to see what they are and heal them. Transform them. Transmute them. Delete them. Clear them. Let them go.

Turn each one into their polar opposites.

Make new ones.

You get to align your beliefs with whatever you desire.

You can use this time to begin to know yourself, your worth and believe in your value.

Journal Prompts:

  • Why didn’t I want this? (because I was afraid of the responsibility, or judgement.)

  • Why wouldn’t I allow myself to have this? (because I didn’t believe it could happen.)

  • Why do I feel that It would be bad to have this? (because I am afraid of the discomfort of all this expansion, I’m afraid I wont know how to handle it.)

Tell yourself the TRUTH. There are no wrong answers, only honesty and clarity.

Anything belief that pops up is showing you whats there.

It’s showing you what you’ve let yourself hold on to. It’s showing you what some small part of you — even a younger version of you who believed them to be true, but as you do this work, you see that adult you can make sense of it and say that it is actually silly and is rather something you can let go easily, even sometimes with humor.

It is important to shine a light on what is really going on.  

Once you have awareness of what you have been telling yourself and picking up over the years — you can choose to shift it.

4. Start focusing on yourself.

This is where loving yourself more comes in.

You can’t expect the universe to treat you any differently than the way you treat yourself. This is universal law.

If you don’t believe you are worth the attention — well then that is where you need to start.

Start treating yourself more kindly.

Start allowing yourself to be loved and supported.

Start speaking to yourself in a gentler way.

Start talking to the universe like someone who is there to help you.

Help yourself.

Do nice things for yourself.

Pay attention to your body.

Make plans. Make dates. Celebrate.

Enjoy your life and the YOU that YOU ARE RIGHT NOW!

Begin by looking in the mirror and saying “I love, forgive and accept myself.” This makes all the difference.

5. Focus on lifting your vibration.

Start doing things that make you feel better.  

Start with your morning. Set intentions for the day and allow yourself to enjoy it.

Ask the universe: “How can today get any better than this?”

… and “How amazing can today be?”

Notice your thoughts and remind yourself that anything that doesn’t feel good is a lie that you are telling yourself. Heal it. Ho’opono’pono it. Replace it with something better that is a new belief that actually allows you to feel that much closer to achieving the feeling and goals that you are striving for.

Get into movement. Dance, sway, move. By moving stagnant energy will help you feel so much better.

6. Focus on having it now.

As discussed in Part 1, in order to manifest anything in your life you have to align with the vibration of that thing, experience or situation.   

Remember vibration is made up of your Thoughts, Feelings, Intentions, Decisions and Actions.

What is the ‘you’ that is in that reality where you desires are manifesting thinking, what is she feeling, what does she intend, what decisions does she make and what actions is she taking?

How does it look? How does it feel like? What do you want to be wearing? What do you want your home to look and feel like? How do you want your work to look and feel like?

You have a say. This is where you focus your energy.

The way you vibrate in alignment with what you want is by 1) feeling the feelings, thinking the thoughts, 2) taking the actions and making the same intentions and decisions of the you that already HAS IT!  

Start thinking like a woman who is wealthy, happy, healthy, confident, loved, free, etc.

Do you smile more? Smile NOW!

No waiting to be happy, and confident. Be happy and confident NOW.  

Feel WEALTHY, HEALTHY, HAPPY, PEACEFUL, NOW.

Stop focusing on when I get in this relationship, I will dress up and look great… Dress up and look great NOW. No more waiting to be in love when you find the guy or girl, BE IN LOVE NOW.  

Be in LOVE and GRATITUDE with your life. Feel in love and gratitude with yourself. Fall in love and gratitude with your business or your career. Feel in love and gratitude with the Sun for shining. Fall in love and gratitude with your great cup of coffee.

There are so many opportunities for you to be in love and gratitude all day. Take those opportunities and BECOME the LOVE and JOY THAT YOU ARE NOW.

7. Live in these feelings daily.

When you manifest the thing, you believe that you will feel a certain way. You either think you will feel secure and supported. Or maybe you feel that you will feel amazing and happy.  

Whatever feelings you believe you will feel when you have whatever you desire, FEEL THEM NOW.

Feel them OFTEN.

MANIFESTING TIP: Set an alarm to go off every few hours throughout the day with a reminder (a mantra or affirmation) to feel whatever feeling you desire to feel most. Then feel that feeling for 30-120 seconds.

8. Be yourself.

No more trying to be the perfect human. 

That person doesn’t exist.

BE YOURSELF. 

Love all the weird and crazy parts of you.

Be you, ask the questions you want to ask and be the human being you are and who you were meant to be.  

Being anything other than who YOU WANT TO BE is going to attract the energy of you are acting like — and not who you truly are.

9. Finally, let go.

Release that fear and resistance that has built up and accept what is.

Take your mind off of the situation and move on.

Do what you would do if you felt complete trust in how the universe is moving things around for you.

Do what you would do if you felt complete patience in how the universe is handling things for you.

Do what you would do if you felt like everything you desire was a done deal.

Let go of the desperation.

Let go of chasing.

Remember you are BEING the human who ALREADY HAS the THING.  

Think of it this way, have you noticed that all of the women with loving relationships always attract the guys. Why? Because they are aligned with the energy of receiving their desires 10000000%… and by being in complete faith and trust in the results happening.

These people are confident and they have NO DESPERATE ENERGY ANYWHERE IN THEIR FIELDS.

They don’t need the universe to do something so they could feel a certain way — so they are already confident.

Be that person.

The woman (or man) who is confident in what you want and actually HAVING IT. 

Who knows they are worth all the love and support to live your life the way you want to live it.

Surrender to it being this person who already has the thing that you want.

Live your Life. Have fun. Do You!!

In my experience, it works out better than you could have ever imagined.

Remember: Everything is a MIRROR.

The world mirrors back to you what you have going on inside. When you shift and change inside, external situations reflect these changes back to you. 

Journal Prompts:

  • Why didn’t I want the situation that just happened? Why did I want the situation that just happened?

  • What reasons do I feel that it wouldn’t be good/ safe/ possible for me to have this relationship, job, business, money, etc.)?

  • What is really true about this situation?  

  • What does the me who has this relationship (job, business, man, etc) believe?  

  • What do I choose to believe now?

Awareness is EVERYTHING.

Just becoming aware of whatever is happening under the surface (ie. in your subconscious mind) allows you to CHOOSE something different.

It is all your DECISION.
